Fine Bamboo Leaded Glass and Bronze Table Lamp

This lamp appeared in the Christie's Auction of June 9th, 1990.

The hemispherical shade decorated with a profusion of green bamboo leaves on milky green shoots against a translucent ground stamped TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK 1443-27, the base cast as a bamboo shoot split at the foot into eight flaring parts, the finial similarly designed as a bamboo shoot, base stamped TIFFANY STUDIOS NEW YORK 430. 22 1/2" high, 16" diameter of shade.
