Unique Art Glass and Metal Co, Cymbidium Leaded Lamp

This has been in a private collection ever since it came out of a private residence 7 years ago. This lamp measures 20" in diameter and stands 30" tall. The shade is done in an explosion of glass. The pattern is a Cymbidium Orchide. Executed in red and pink flowers with white highlights. The upper leaves are blue/green and peak through sporatically around the shade. There are examples of olive green drapery glass around the shade as well as red. It has a 6 socket cluster with 3 sockets lighting the top and 3 lighting the bottom. Metal flower buds and leaves extend off the thorn bush base. This is truly a magnificent lamp. It is quite possibly a special order lamp ordered by someone wanting a lamp to compete with a Tiffany Wisteria. It truly is a "Unique" lamp.
